The Wednesday before the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals some of the best golfers in the world of NHRA Drag Racing got together for the annual Draw Golf Tournament. The tournament, dedicated to long time DRAW member Tracy Lynn Winters, is one of the premier events on the DRAW calendar. Weather played a big part in the outcome as a thundershower forced the end of the event before all the players got 18 holes in.

The officials huddled together and decided to use the best five holes to determine the winner. In addition to determining a winning team, awards were given to players who excelled in individual accomplishments.

The 1st place team award provided by Jeff Taylor Performance was John Frech, Gene Quinn, Jared Kimbrough, and Mike Gelin. Coming in second was Chris Terzian, Jeff Adkinson, Jeff Strickland, and Larry Young.

The Longest Drive title sponsored by Wight Business Technologies was won by Debbie Perry and the Kalitta Motorsports sponsored Closest to the Pin went to Jeff Adkinson from the second place team.

The prestigious Mickey Whaley Award went to long time DRAW supporter Jeff Kundratic
