The 63rd Annual Funny Car Throwdown was held at Isalnd Dragway in New Jersey the weekend of August 6th.

Over a dozen of the East Coast’s quickest nostalgia Funny Cars were on hand to thrill the fans.

Also in attendance were the Extreme Altereds and blown front motored dragsters.

After two rounds of Chicago style racing, the finals went down to the Dazed and Confused ’69 Camaro of Cody Helger and the Fireball Monza of Jon Wall.

Helger took the win over Wall with a 6.75 over the 6.94 of Wall
