On the Thursday night before the racing got underway at South Georgia Motorsports Park in Adel GA, the NHRA along with Pro Racers, held a party at the Rainwater Conference in nearby Valdosta GA.

In attendance were NHRA Stars featuring defending NHRA Funny Car champ Austin Prock along with Pro Stock winners Greg Anderson and his son Cody along with teammate and 2026 Pro Stock champ Dallas Glenn.

Joining the party was Top Fuel racer and fan favorite Tony Stewart and his wife Leah Pruett. New to the NHRA tour, part time driver Will Smith who pilots the Bluebird Turf Top Fuel dragster who for 2026 plans to make the entire NHRA tour.

South Georgia Motorsports Park owner Raul Torres along with new John Force Top Fuel driver Josh Hart and SKAG Power Equipment driver Justin Ashley were on hand to sign autographs for the fans.

European Top Fuel champion Ida Zetterstrom although not driving at the event, was a popular racer with lots of fans getting her autograph.

The party kicked off at 6 Pm and Fans got the chance to meet professional NHRA drivers, participate in a free raffle for tickets to the races, see hot rods, and enjoy local food and music. Parking was free and the event gave the locals a chance to rub elbows with the NHRA elite during the night.
