The 23rd annual USA-1 Nostalgia Drag Fest was held at Bruce Larson’s Stoney Creek Barn in Dauphin, PA. The drag racing nostalgia faithful returned in force considering the predicated weather of cold rain showers and gusty winds. This year’s Hard Core Enthusiast plaques were presented to Bob Bilbow, “Jungle“ Glenn Gualtieri, Marlin Huss, and Nancy Wilson. Door Prizes were awarded to those correctly answering the drag racing questions posed by Bruce Larson, Mike Dunn, Donna Garlits, and surprise guest Steve Gibbs. All of them spoke to their life long race fans during the program. Master of ceremony, Bob Frey handled the charity auction of drag racing memorabilia and other items with the proceeds designated for St. Jude’s Hospital

Show Cars and vendors surrounded the perimeter of the Barn giving the attendees a great backdrop for a lot of bench racing and socializing. The Drag Fest is an opportunity to meet once again with those we see throughout the racing season.
